Account creation error: Gender Invalid Analysis needed

**Describe the task**
On July 9th, a student reported that they could not create the user profile as the Gender error field was not validating when a selection they made a selection from the gender dropdown list

Emails received by StudentAidBC between July 2 - July 7th
SABC Tech Help received first email: July 9

Production had release 3.5
Staging: 3.6 (not reproduced) for either basic BCeID or BCeID
Testing: 3.6 (not reproduced) with

3.6
Production release start time: 9:16
Production release end time: 9:24

Production test at ~11:40, we could not reproduce with a BCeID

We sent email for student to try again and they confirmed that they could create a profile

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Review 3.5 to 3.6 to see what could have impacted the 'create user profile'
- [ ] Could this have been FormIo related?
- [ ] Could this be "Female"/"Woman" related
