Description
As a ministry user I want to collect additional information from the offering when an offering is both synchronous and asynchronous.
Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Add a new field to the offering for when Async and Sync combined is selected.
- [ ] New field would be a free enter percentage
**Additional Context**
- Confirmed timeline with policy director. Does not need to be added until 27-28
