Student user: The file upload information bullets need to be updated for Permanent Resident
### Acceptance Criteria

For Permanent Resident

- [ ] Replace the current "upload proof of citizenship" with the following

**Upload proof of status** **[Use current SIMS blue heading style]**

**If you have a permanent SIN, you must provide your SIN** [Use current SIMS bold style black font]

Otherwise, if you have a 900-series SIN and are waiting for your permanent SIN, provide one of the documents below:

• A valid permanent residency card

• A Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM 5292 or IMM 5688)

• A Verification of Status providing information confirming one’s valid permanent residency status

**Instructions:** [Use current SIMS bold style black font]

• Upload a colour copy of your documentation

• Rename your document to

**“FirstnameLastname_Citizenship_PermanentResidency”** [Use current SIMS bold style black font]

(eg., JessLee_Citizenship_PermanentResidency)

**Additional context**
- SBST - 4658
- Priority: High
- This could be considered a high-priority for two reasons:
first, ensure we are in alignment with federal policies on permanent residents and protected persons; and second, updating the language quickly will ensure that there aren’t different documentary requirements for applicants within a program year as that could be deemed inequitable.
