**Describe the task**
-For warning banners/information banners and other places throughout SIMS, update the "B.C." to "BC" as it is the BC Services Card Account
-For warning banners/information banners and other places throughout SIMS, update "Student Aid", "Student Aid BC", "StudentAidBC" to "StudentAid BC"

**Acceptance Criteria**
Across all of SIMS:

- [ ] Update the "B.C. Services Card" to "BC Services Card Account" for the BC services card
- [ ] Do a search for other occurrences throughout SIMS for "B.C. Services Card" to make the changes
- [ ] Update occurrences of "Studentaid BC", "Student Aid BC", "StudentAidBC" all to "StudentAid BC"
