**User Story**
As a ministry user, I want to be able to see the BCSC name for the supporting user when they are able to report.
**Current Behaviour**
Name from their user information is not persisted in the read-only form view:
**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Display the user name from the supporting user in the read-only version of the supporting users form. (Impacts PT/FT and production)
