RMS Integration / RTG

SIMS needs to integration with the Revenue Management System (Finance) in order for them to service loans that are held provincially. RTG (Return to Government)

**Legacy Process**
1. Two different RTG files are received from NSLSC
2. Job runs to convert it to an excel file
3. Excel file emailed to finance
4. Finance enters the file into SFAS (and updates RMS if required)
5. SFAS sends flat file with updates about that student's file to RMS

**New Process**
1. Two different RTG files are received from NSLSC
2. Job runs to convert that file with student information and provide to RMS
- Details of how the integration will work is TBD. API or new flat file.

**Other considerations**
These loans could be from students who will never come into SIMS and create a profile and will still need to be maintained for years (10+ potentially?).
Restrictions may need to be added/resolved for these legacy student profiles to make sure if they do come back to apply for financial aid their restrictions are accurate.
