Description
Bug or Enhancement: As the chips behave a toggle on/off versus click "Part-time" as many times a you want.
**Describe the Bug**
In the Program Info Requests, selecting the "Part-time" or the "Full-time" chip behaves as an "All" chip on second click displaying all intensities
It toggles on/off
**Expected Behaviour**
Clicking "Part-time" chip no matter how many times always displays "Part-time" PIRs
Clicking "Full-time" chip no matter how many times results always displays "Full-time" PIRs
**Actual Behaviour**
Clicking "Part-time" or "Full-time" chip more than once, the "Part-time" or "Full-time" chip acts as an "All"
#### Steps To Reproduce
Precondition: Have at least 25 combination of part-time and full-time PIRs (so it goes on 2 pages).
INS could have 100+ PIRs
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
1. Select "Program Info Requests" in the left pane
2. Note the screen (see Active applications (25))
3. Click "Part-time" button
4. Note the active blue colour of the button
5. Note the "Part-time" is displayed in the Intensity column
6. Click "Part-time" button
7.

Bug 2: Items per page not displayed correctly
35 Part-time
Items selected is 50
Only 12 display

Research direction
Start at the Program Info Requests screen and reproduce the issue with at least 25 mixed Part-time and Full-time PIRs so pagination is involved. The work is done when repeated clicks on either intensity chip consistently show only that intensity and the items-per-page count matches the displayed results.
