Description
**User Story**
As a ministry user, I want to be able to know the status of a student's MSFAAs as it is an important factor in them being able to proceed with their application and receive funding.
**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Two cards, one "Active MSFAA Numbers" and one "Activity"
- [ ] First card, include only "active" Full-time and Part-time MSFAA numbers
- [ ] Active is considered the most recently generated MSFAA that is signed within two years or is within 2 years of the last study period.
- [ ] If there was a previous MSFAA that was signed but a new one re-issued that has not been signed, do not display a number and treat as if no MSFAA record for the intensity.
- [ ] If the student does not have an MSFAA record for the intensity, display "-"
- [ ] Second card, this should have a button to 'Reissue' and a new column to the table 'Action' which includes a 'Cancel' button
- [ ] "Cancel" button:
- [ ] Only available when the MSFAA record is not already Cancelled.
- [ ] When available, should only be accessible to those who have a specific role.
- [ ] Populate cancel date and province as "BC"
- [ ] Reissue should pop up a modal and be locked to the same user role as the one available on the NOA
- [ ] Reissue modal:
- [ ] 2 Radio options for Intensity (Full-time / Part-time)
- [ ] 2 buttons at the bottom (Cancel / Reissue New MSFAA)
- [ ] Once intensity is selected, if the intensity has a signed/not-cancelled MSFAA number already provide a warning banner:
> **This student has an active MSFAA for this intensity.**
> ☐ Confirm that you would like to cancel and re-issue a new number for the student.
- [ ] If the intensity does not have a signed/not-cancelled MSFAA number

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Locate the Student Profile MSFAA view and the existing NOA role/reissue flow, then trace how MSFAA status, cancellation, and reissue are represented. Done means the two cards, role-controlled Cancel and Reissue actions, modal behavior, warnings, and active-number rules match the acceptance criteria.
