Application Header format: Add hyphen to "Part-time" and "Full-time" for Student and Institution

**Describe the task**
Student and Institution users would like to view the application header so that they can quickly have the information related to the study period offerings and whether it is part-time or full-time

### Acceptance Criteria

**Student view**

- [ ] Applications> Financial Aid Application: application: Add hyphen to "Part-time".
- [ ] Applications> Financial Aid Application: application: Add hyphen to "Full-time".

- [ ] Application details: View Assessment: assessment-award-details: Add hyphen to "Part-time".
- [ ] Application details: View Assessment: assessment-award-details: Add hyphen to "Full-time".

**Institution View**

When applicable, use the same application header component as the Ministry user with the following layout:

- [ ] Update assessment-award-details page (View Assessment) to include Student Name
- [ ] Add application header to Assessment: notice-assessment page (Assessment: Notice of Assessment)
- [ ] Update Type "Part time" to "Part-time"
- [ ] Update Type "Full time" to "Full-time"
