Application (Institution Selection) - Add more details

**User Story**
As a student, when i select the institution in my application it is the location name I am selecting. To help students select the correct location and for ministry staff to support, it will be useful to include the institution operating name and institution location code once it's selected.

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Add the Institution Operating Name to the application when the location is selected.

**Additional Context**
Ministry users cannot search by location name to review contact or designation information for the related PSI.
Students may select the wrong location name if there are many that are similar (or the institution doesn't include enough specific details on it.)
