Description
As a *student user* **I want** *to have the modified independent status displayed on the FT application personal information tab* **So That** I can see that my status has been approved. Similarly to disability status
**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] FT applications: Add "Modified independent status" label and field between the Phone number and Disability status sections on the personal information tab
- [ ] PT applications: Add "Modified independent status" label and field is hidden [TBD] or also displayed
- [ ] Ministry user: "Modified independent status" label and field are displayed when viewing the personal information tab for the student

- Disability status is displayed on the personal information tab
