**Describe the task**
PY 25/26: CR is approved: Application banner currently displays as "Orange" with orange warning instead of "Green"
**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Update "Track your application" status line to show "Green" line instead of "Orange" with information warning
**Additional context**
- This may be caused with approving the COE through the Ministry account for dates that are > 21 days away (in the next program year)
