2.8 Release: BUG: PIR: Full-time does not wordwrap like Part-time with slightly minimized window

**Describe the Bug**
Full-time does not wordwrap like part time with browser responsiveness

OR

Part-time to not wordwrap

**Expected Behaviour**
Part-time and Full-time wordwrap the same

**Actual Behaviour**
Part-time wordwraps at the hyphen
Full-time does not

### Steps To Reproduce

Precondition:
- PIR Offerings setup with different study start dates and different study end dates (including different years (see above)
- Students have FT and PT PIR applications with different study start dates and end dates

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
1. Login to the institution portal
2. Select locations
3. Select "program info requests"
4. Note the intensity column for Part-time and Full-time
5. Narrow the browser window and observe what happens to Part-time and Full-time
