Intensity: Part Time and Full Time to be changed to "Part-time" and "Full-time"

As a SIMS user, I want to view "Part-time" and "Full-time" in the areas that intensity is list so that I can see it consistently throughout sims

- [TBD] Some pages will use the same source(?) e.g. change "Type", anything with pulling from "Type" would display the same info but the areas need to be review

**Student**
- [ ] Student: Financial Aid Application page, change **Type** from Full Time/ Part Time to Full-time/Part-time
- [ ] Student: View Assessment page, change **Type** from Full Time/ Part Time to Full-time/Part-time

**Institution**
- [ ] Programs>Program Detail page, change **Offering** (at top program information) from Full Time/ Part Time to Full-time/Part-time
_Does this share the same component with the Ministry (View program)?_

- [ ] Programs>Program Detail page, change **Intensity** from Full Time/ Part Time to Full-time/Part-time
- [ ] Programs>Program Detail > Add offering page **How will this be offered?** from Part time/Full time to Part-time/Full-time
[TBD] _Note_ **How will this be offered are radio buttons**, not sure if this is pure content change

- [ ] Program Information Requests page change **Intensity** from Full Time/ Part Time to Full-time/Part-time
