Description
As an _Institution user_ _I want_ to view the date that the COE was submitted in the COE Dashboard and if there was a deduction _So That_ I have clearer information about when it was submitted and the funds we will or won't be receiving.

- PSI's comment #4: In the completed COE, to be able to view the date that the COE was provided, and if there was a deduction, to be able to see it here as well. Right now you just the “application details”
