Student Profile Creation - Error message with no Email

**User Story**
As a student, when I create my profile using my BCSC my email may not be included in the profile data if it has not been verified with BCSC. If I try to create my profile I will receive an unexpected error message and the profile cannot be created. I want to know WHY there was an error creating the profile.

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] When there is an error on profile creation because a required field is missing provide a better error message: "Error: Your profile did not include all of the required information in order to be created."
