Description
**As a** *Ministry User* **I want** ** to be able to see the type of exception request in email that comes to the Ministry.)*
**Additional Context**
- As a Ministry User who triages tickets I would like to be able to triage exception requests without going back into SIMS. This will increase my efficiency and decrease the triaging time.
**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Add exceptionType(???) variable into GC Notification _Ministry - Student Submits Application with Exception Request_
- [ ] Add "Exception Type" label to the body of email in template above between Application and Date/Time lines
