**Describe the Bug**
12 - Student on scholastic standing denial due to multiple withdrawals or unsuccessful terms restriction is in the "Add Restriction > Category: Academic
Reason: dropdown list
**Expected Behaviour**
12 - Student on scholastic standing denial due to multiple withdrawals or unsuccessful terms was removed
**Actual Behaviour**
The restriction is available in the dropdown list but it is no longer needed in the systems
** Steps To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
1. Login to the ministry portal
2. Search for any student with an app
3. Click "restrictions" tab in the student details banner
4. Click "add restrictions"
5. Select "Academic"
6. Select the Reason dropdown list
7. Note the reasons in the dropdown list
