Offering Study dates and Year of study not displayed in its entirety when long character names are created 100 characters or 100 characters with spaces

**Describe the Bug**
Offering study dates and year of study are not displayed in its entirety when long character names are created.
This may cause confusion to the student as there may be offerings with the same name but different dates and year of study.

**Expected Behaviour**
Study dates and year of study are included in offering program of study dropdown lists or program of study dropdown lists

**Actual Behaviour**
Study dates are cut off and the year of study is not displayed

### Steps To Reproduce

**Precondition**
Offerings are created with any character length < = to 100 (e.g 20, 100 (no spaces), 100 (including spaces) with study dates (e.g. Nov 20, 2024 - Feb 21, 2025) and any year (e.g. Year 1)

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
1. Login to the student portal
2. Click "Start application"
3. Select program year
4. Select institution that has the above offering
5. Select Part Time
6. Select your study dates
7. Note the offering names
8. Repeat for Request a change in the institution
