Bug: "No changes detected to be updated" message when Given Name, Last Name or email address is changed from upper to lower case

**Describe the Bug**
When the Given Name first letter, Last Name or Email address is changed from an upper case to a lower case letter, there is a message stating that "No changes detected to be updated"

**Expected Behaviour**
The letter case change from upper to lower case is accepted.
No SIN verification is required

**Actual Behaviour**
Message "No changes detected to be updated" is displayed
The changes are not saved

### Steps To Reproduce

**Precondition**:
Student account profile has been created with the given name with capital letters (e.g. John Paul)

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
1. Login to the ministry portal
2. Click "Search Students" in the left pane
3. Enter students first name that you created above
4. Click "Search"
5. Click "View" beside the student that you created above
6. Click "Edit profile"
7. Change the upper case letter to lower case
8. Add a note
9. Click "Update profile"
10. Repeat steps 6-9 for Last name field
11. Repeat steps 6-9 for Email address field
