Description
**User Story**
As a student, I want to have the ability to click a link to forward me to the drafts page or have the links on the main page, so that I can quickly get to my drafts.
**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Add link on the "Application already in progress' popup to the My Applications draft section
OR
- [ ] Add an alternative solution for the student to know immediately that they have existing applications to be reviewed.
