Description
**As a** *Ministry User* **I want** *to be able to add the application number when I upload the document through the File Uploader* **So That** *when I look at documents queue in File Uploader I can easily find the documents supporting the specific application uploaded by the Ministry*
**Additional Context**
- make this field optional as sometimes documents are related to the entire student profile not just an application
**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] When uploading the file through the File uploader, have the option to add the application number
- [ ] When looking at the documents queue in the File Uploader I can see the application number for Ministry communications when applicable
