Description
**User story**
As a _student user_, **I want** to have the ability to scroll down the "Your consent" section easily **so that** I can review all the requirements for consenting to StudentAid BC.
Additional information:
On the Mac (latest version of Safari, Chrome and Firefox), when you select the 'Your consent' box, the black slider shows for a few seconds and then disappears. (This might be how the slider generally functions. But this could be frustration to the user.)
### **Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Change scrollbar/slider type so it is more accessible on Mac browsers
