Student: Edit Profile: Non editable Social Insurance Number (SIN) field to be displayed to the student

**User story**
As a _student user_, **I want** to review my social insurance number (SIN) **so that** a) I made sure the information is correct b) in case someone steals my I.D. I realize that I need to let the ministry know that my SIN needs to be updated with my new number

- [ ] Add last three digits of non editable "Social Insurance Number (SIN)" field that will display the student's SIN on the Edit profile page
