**As a *Student* I want an informative financial literacy course added to the loan process so that I have an understanding of the program prior to accruing debt.
**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] A mandatory course be added to the student profile that must be completed to allow application submission
- [ ] The course must be completed on a **TBD** basis
- [ ] The course will cover: **TBD** (award types, withdrawals, overawards repayment, default, etc)
**Additional Content**
- [ ] Many students go through the loan process with little knowledge of the program
- [ ] Debt comes as a surprise to many students and don't understand repayment
- [ ] Many student withdrawal, get OA's, without understanding why
