2.4.7 Page Number Button- Student -Accessibility Fixes -Level AA Standards - Focus Visible

**User Story**
As a Student , I need a bold border around the table page number so that I can see it.

**Context**
- These issues were uncovered during our Accessibility Audit conducted by CITZ in March of 2024

- Any keyboard operable user interface has a mode of operation where the keyboard focus indicator is visible

**The Problem**
Button class="p-paginator-pages" element focus changes colour slightly when it has focus, but not enough to draw the user's visual focus to element.

Adjust the following Accessibility Criteria for the following pages

- [ ] Apply a bold border around the table page number when element has focus (as an example).
