2.4.7 Focus Elements- Student -Accessibility Fixes -Level AA Standards - Focus Visible

**User Story**
As a Student , I need Focus to be visible for screen reader navigation so that I can read content if have have accessibility constraints.

**Context**
- These issues were uncovered during our Accessibility Audit conducted by CITZ in March of 2024

- Any keyboard operable user interface has a mode of operation where the keyboard focus indicator is visible.

**The Problem**
Unable to tell where I was on the page when navigating with the screen reader.
Note: Not all screen reader users are blind, and visual focus is helpful for navigating through content.

**Student**
Adjust the following Accessibility Criteria for the following pages
- [ ] Login 1 and 2
- [ ] Profile
- [ ] Home page
- [ ] Start new application
- [ ] My applications
- [ ] File uploader
- [ ] Request a change
- [ ] Overawards balance

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Enable Focus to be visible for screen reader navigation
