1.4.3 Light Grey Text- Student -Accessibility Fixes -Level AA Standards - Contrast Minimum

**User Story**
As a Student Parent or Partner, I need light grey text to be darkened so that I can see it.

**Context**
- These issues were uncovered during our Accessibility Audit conducted by CITZ in March of 2024

-The visual presentation of text and images of text has a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1, except in the cases of large text, decorative text, inactive text, invisible text, or logotypes.
