1.4.3 Blue Hyperlinks- Student -Accessibility Fixes -Level AA Standards - Contrast Minimum

**User Story**
As a Student , I need hyperlinks to meet contrast minimums so that I can see them.

**Context**
- These issues were uncovered during our Accessibility Audit conducted by CITZ in March of 2024

- The visual presentation of text and images of text has a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1, except in the cases of large text, decorative text, inactive text, invisible text, or logotypes.

**The Problem**
"Update your profile" (under "Personal information") does not meet contrast minimums.

**Student**
Adjust the following Accessibility Criteria for the following pages
- [ ] Login 1 and 2
- [ ] Profile
- [ ] Home page
- [ ] Start new application
- [ ] My applications
- [ ] File uploader
- [ ] Request a change
- [ ] Overawards balance

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Check contrast with a contrast checker (built-in to axe DevTools and Lighthouse, or with WCAG Contrast Checker extension).
- [ ] Update Hyperlink to contrast ratio of at least 4.5.1 except in the cases of large text, decorative text, inactive text, invisible text, or logotypes.
