1.4.3 Light Blue Text- Student -Accessibility Fixes -Level AA Standards - Contrast Minimum

**User Story**
As a Student , I need light blue text is darkened so that I can see it.

**Context**
- These issues were uncovered during our Accessibility Audit conducted by CITZ in March of 2024

-The visual presentation of text and images of text has a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1, except in the cases of large text, decorative text, inactive text, invisible text, or logotypes.

**The Problem**
Text in cells under "Name" and "Actions" do not meet contrast minimums. (Light blue).

**Student**
Adjust the following Accessibility Criteria for the following pages

- [ ] My applications
- [ ] File uploader
- [ ] Request a change
- [ ] Overawards balance

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Darken text to meet contrast minimums.
