3.2.3 Radial Navigation- Supporting Parent / Partner Accessibility Fixes Level AA Standards - Consistent Navigation

**User Story**
As a Student Parent or Partner, I need to not be able to tab through Radial buttons so that they are intuitive to navigate.

**Context**
- These issues were uncovered during our Accessibility Audit conducted by CITZ in March of 2024

- Navigational mechanisms that are repeated on multiple web pages within a set of web pages occur in the same relative order each time they are repeated, unless a change is initiated by the user.

**The Problem**
Radial buttons are not intuitive to navigate and are skipped over by tab key (arrows work).

**Supporting User**
The following Supporting User Pagers were Reviewed
