Description

**User Story**
**As a student, I need links to explain what they are and where there are going so that I know if its information I should be interested in.

**Context:**
- These issues were uncovered through accessibility audit via CITZ.
- Detailed Spreadsheet for Student s inserted inline and also attached here: [2024_Student Application_Audit.xlsx](https://api.zenhub.com/attachedFiles/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsibWVzc2FnZSI6IkJBaHBBN0xsQXc9PSIsImV4cCI6bnVsbCwicHVyIjoiYmxvYl9pZCJ9fQ==--578821d4addd12c1babcafba5c861e1f5456bc9c/2024_Student%20Application_Audit.xlsx)
- The purpose of each link can be determined from the link text alone or from the link text together with its programmatically determined link context, except where the purpose of the link would be ambiguous to users in general.

**The Problem**
- Many links do not explain what they are (user avatar, for example), or where they lead. Additionally, the page tabs in the application section are confusing if unable to rely on sight and do not indicate their purpose.

**Student**
Adjust the following Accessibility Criteria for the following pages
- [ ] Login 1 and 2
- [ ] Profile
- [ ] Home page
- Student Aid BC help centre link (seems self explanatory but we should include the text before the link to add the context. As the Need help section is not tab able. )
- National Student Loans Service Centre link (Seems clear)
- [ ] Start new application
- Appendix 8 attached to disability application question. Should say "Appendix eight document link. Document required to request disability account status.
- Update your profile link seems self explanatory no change
- All uploaders gave a fair bit of detail including formats and file limit when reading the "browse" link

- [ ] My applications
- [ ] File uploader
- [ ] Request a change
- [ ] Overawards balance

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Links should indicate their purpose, along with where they lead, and where they are in relation to each other if they are page tabs.
- [ ] Tabs should have ARIA labels (these are read outloud) that indicate which section the user is in (i.e. "You are in tab two of six: Program").
