**Context:**
- Theses issues were uncovered through accessibility audit via CITZ.

**The Problem**
- Form fields missing descriptive name.

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] on the search for application ensure all form fields provide context as to what they required as input. (application number should be 10 issues.
- [ ] Enlarge text for Context above "Student Date of birth" and for context above the other boxes
- [ ] Add Required Context for Application Number (e.g Must be 10 digits)
