Description

**User Story**
**As a Supporting Partner, I need the focus go to the next necessary information on the search for application page so that I don't have to review universal content that can be confusing

**Context:**
- These issues were uncovered through accessibility audit via CITZ.
- Detailed Spreadsheet for Student s inserted inline and also attached here: [2024_Supporting Information_Audit.xlsx](https://api.zenhub.com/attachedFiles/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsibWVzc2FnZSI6IkJBaHBBN1RsQXc9PSIsImV4cCI6bnVsbCwicHVyIjoiYmxvYl9pZCJ9fQ==--401fd26be3124e38981234d207ea635590b5dcd2/2024_Supporting%20Information_Audit.xlsx)
- When the sequence in which content is presented affects its meaning, a correct reading sequence caan be programmatically determined.

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] In Search for Application the Next step goes to top of next page and through universal content which is confusing for non visual users. After next step focus should go to the next necessary information (start of "Supporting Information"
- [ ] on the same page - Alerts not expecting data from a supporting user eg (pop up at the end of form application. These alerts should happen after inputting the application number not after the user completes the entire form process.
