1.4.3 Grey Text- Supporting Parent / Partner Accessibility Fixes Level AA Standards - Contrast Minimum

**User Story**
As a Student Parent or Partner, I need grey text in privacy information to be darkened so that I can see it.

**Context**
- These issues were uncovered during our Accessibility Audit conducted by CITZ in March of 2024

- The visual presentation of text and images of text has a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1, except in the cases of large text, decorative text, inactive text, invisible text, or logotypes.

**The Problem**
Light grey text under "Privacy Information" does not meet contrast minimums at its current size.
