Create a 'Global' Assessment Screen

**Description of Task:**
Add a new tab within the Ministry account when reviewing student assessment/award summaries which captures an exhaustive set of assessment calculations to enable Student Support to quickly identify information needed to answer student queries.

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Create global assessment tab to include the following information
- [ ] A distinct assessment for each applicaton 'edit' which was overwritten
- [ ] All Program Year maximum amounts for each funding type, and the student's amout received to date within that PY for that funding type
- [ ] All interim assessment calculations as reflected in Change Request #5 (intermediary stages captured within Camunda)

Confirm the required overwritten application edits, Program Year funding amounts, and interim calculations against Change Request #5; done means the new Global assessment tab exposes all accepted information.
