Analysis of Openshift Advanced Cluster Security report

**Describe the task**
Review the Openshift ACS report and identify which issues we can't do anything about (ie, part of standard image) and which ones we have the ability to patch.

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Identify which issues are out of our control and why.
- [ ] Identify which issues can be resolved and how.
- [ ] Create ticket(s) to address the issues that we can resolve.
