Form.io builder - Missing Features

Our current form.io builder is missing some important features that we need to enable.
The assumption is that the community edition does not allow access to all of them.

**Additional context**
Research for a workaround to have the form builder available with all features. A possible solution would be to enable the [form.io builder](https://github.com/formio/formio.js#form-building) component inside a specific area in the Ministry portal to allow the forms access. It would also allow the Ministry staff to have quick access to the form definitions to support investigation and throubleshooting.
