crossing 125788 - Natazutlo Creek - adjust location

**Describe the problem**
Re-assessment of crossing 125788 contained incorrect UTM coordinates.

Correct coordinates are:
Z10 348395, 6097982

It is interesting that a re-assessment can update the coordinates of an existing structure (even though the re-assessment included the correct crossing id).

I suppose this makes sense (safe to presume that newer assessments will have better/preferred location data) but it is another easy way for coordinate errors to make it into the db.
