Description
PEMsamplr does not install some necessary dependencies before installation. Installation steps for me were as follows:
- Installed clhs externally (needs to be compiled from github as no updates for newer versions of R are available)
- Installed gdistance from CRAN
- Installed LearnGeom from CRAN
Once these dependencies were installed PEMsamplr installed sucessfully
