Legacy Semantic Model Analyzer Development

**What**
Develop an Agentic Framework to analyze the existing legacy semantic model. Rebuild the model as Medallion Spark notebooks to enhance data processing capabilities.

**Why**
This project will modernize our data analysis processes, improving efficiency and scalability. It will also facilitate better integration with current data workflows, leading to faster insights.

## Acceptance Criteria

Given the legacy semantic model, When the analysis is performed, Then the framework should identify key components.
Given the identified components, When rebuilding, Then the output should be structured as Medallion Spark notebooks.
Given the new notebooks, When tested, Then they should perform data processing tasks accurately and efficiently.
