Header font not resizing/too big?

I am not sure of this is specific to this app or an issue with [bcsapps](https://github.com/bcgov/bcsapps) however the font size for the dashboard title seems very large and is not re-sizing nicely in my browser (Safari on a laptop).

Reproduce the dashboard title sizing in Safari on a laptop and compare it with the linked bcsapps behavior. No file or test is named; done means the title resizes appropriately without appearing excessively large in the reported browser.
