Description
Migrate CANdy `prod` nodes from AWS to Azure.
Tasks:
- [x] Publish new BC Steward DIDs
- [x] Provision and configure Azure hosted BC Nodes
- [ ] Decommission AWS hosted BC Nodes - including scheduling and coordination.
- [ ] Coordinate with BC Wallet team to do the switch (this may be already handled)
