Billing Reader roles with the Enterprise Agreement assigned to PIM groups not working

Currently, all Privileged Identity Management (PIM) groups assigned Billing Reader roles at any scope (management groups, subscriptions, or resource groups) are not functioning as expected. Users in these PIM groups are unable to access billing information.
