Description

CWHms subzones on the basemap are ms1/2/3. in the find-a-bec lookup list they are listed as ms4/5/6. they should be ms3/4/5:
CWHms1 to CWHms3
CWHms2 to CWHms4
CWHms3 to CWHms5

it looks like the old CWHms1 (should be CWHms3) is being mislabeled as CWHms6 in the raster data. iirc this was a manual update to existing rasters

given that we also have another basemap issue https://github.com/bcgov/CCISS_Spatial/issues/41, it might make sense to get the most updated basemap from heather. @Vcomea could you assist kiri with this?

a minor related issue is that the ms3/4 (mislabeled as ms1/2) are not greyed out in find-a-bec.
