Description
Bl Se forests on dry sites - warm aspects, cool aspects, coarse soils.
Model shows a decline in Bl from about 100% doen to 50% and a decline in Sx from bout 100% down to 70%, Increase in Fd and Cw Lw from about 20% to 65%. Hw shows increase from about 20% to 75%.
Again model seems to over-emphasize ICH species without accounting for frost hazards by promoting lower elevation species. The other issue is that much of the variant is on a broad plateau where temperatures often remain cold in the winter and it is difficult to see how this area will be sufficiently mild to support these lower-elevation tree species particularly in the near future when frost and cold winter temperatures are still a significant issue.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points; start by examining the model outputs for this Bl/Se forest variant and the stated frost and winter-temperature assumptions. Done would require a maintainer-defined change or review outcome that accounts for those hazards and reassesses the species projections.
