Description
The 101 occurs on gentle slopes and level areas. Forests are a mix of Se and Bl with variable amount of Pl.
Feasibility shows strong increase in Fd and Lw and moderate increase to about 40% for Pw Hw and Cw and BG. Sharp decline in Se and Bl to 30% and decline in Pl to 70%.
These sites are a frost hazard to Fd during extreme events. Pl is still likely the most suitable species. It is difficult to envisage Hw and Cw as being suitable on these sites for many years to come - even with milder conditions, frost hazards will likely occur for these species in the long term.
Overall modelling seems okay and accurate if these sites do shift from the ESSF to a ICH climate.
