Description
Most models start out with the ESSFdc2 as the starting BGC unit along with slightly wetter ESSFmw1. Overall trend is a shift to warmer ICH units - the dominant one being ICHdw_ID which has zonal forests dominated by Fd, Bg, Cw with a component of Hw. Lw and Pl are also common.
That seems like a large change to shift from a semi-moist cold BlSe stand to a moist warm FdBgCw stand.
