Description
Restricted to eastern edge of MSdm2 on nutrient-poor soils with seepage and cold-air drainage. Pl Sxw and Bl are dominant species.
Model shows decline in suitability of three dominant species over time and increase in Fd Bg and Lw. This might be true if cold-air influence disappears but if frost issues persist then these species may be impacted by extreme events. Whether or not other species including CwHw Ep Pw increase over time is questionable and depends on whether climatic conditions become wetter and frost issues no longer persist.

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by locating the MSdm2/110 SxwBl Trapper's tea–Bunchberry model record and reviewing its assumptions about cold-air drainage, frost, and projected species changes; done means resolving whether the suitability changes are valid and recording the review outcome.
