Description
Develop an operational support model for CCISS (i.e. how will CCISS be maintained?) This is necessary for CCISS to be in compliance with government standards and for the project to potentially receive support from NRIDS.
Vulnerability: Digital Ocean (DO) server and databases being entirely maintained by one person - Kiri.
Options: Move to AWS, Cross-train on DO and develop supporting documentation, other options?
